The learning videos are not playing smoothly. What can I do to resolve this?

If you have trouble playing the learning videos, this may be a case of excess cache data on the app.
 
1. Go to All Setting

 
2. Select Apps

 
3. Select Disney BYJU’S Early Learn App

 
4. Select Storage and Cache

 
5. Click on Clear Cache
