I am unable to use the keypad on my device. What should I do?

1. Go to the Parent Zone and enter PIN
2. Select Manage > Select App controls on the device > Navigate to Gboard and turn it on
 
If the issue still persists,
 
1. Go to All Settings

2. Select System

3. Select Keyboards and Language

4. Virtual Keyboard 

5. Manage Keyboard

6. Check if the Gboard button is enabled.
