I’m unable to use my device camera. What should I do?

Trouble trying to activate your device’s camera is usually due to excess cache data.
You can follow the following steps to solve this issue:
 
Step 1: Clear your device’s data
 
1. Go to All Settings

2. Select Apps

3. Click on See All Apps

4. Select Camera

5. Select Storage

6. Click on Clear Cache

Step 2: Restart your device by long-pressing the power button and tapping on the restart option.
