LearnStation cannot recognise my SD card. What should I do?

If your device does not recognize an SD card or shows as “unsupported”, follow these steps:
1. Switch off your LearnStation
2. Remove the SD card from the slot
3. Clean the SD card and reinsert it
4. Restart the device
