Worksheets aren’t working. What should I do?

Here are some ways you can solve the issue:

Option 1: Ensure that the workbook grade and the grade you’ve currently selected on your profile are the same.

To check the current grade level on your device

1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to access quick settings.

2. On the top left, you will find the current profile and the current grade associated to that profile.

3. Tap on the profile icon and switch the grade if required

Option 2: Check the following:
1. Place the LearnStation and the learning object on a flat surface.
2. Brightness of the Device should be increased to at least 50%.
3. There should be good lighting in the room as scanning will not work in the dark.
4. Make sure there are no shadows cast in front of the device on the learning object.
5. Battery should be more than 15%.
