I am unable to connect my device to the internet. What can I do?

First, ensure your Wi-Fi is turned on.

Then, try reconnecting the device to the Wi-Fi network.
 
1. Go to All Settings

 
2. Select Internet

 
3. Select Wi-Fi

 
4. See the available networks

 
5. Select the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to and enter the password

 

If the problem persists, reset your network.

1. Go to All Settings

2. Select System

3. Select Factory Reset

4. Select Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

5. Click on Reset Setting

6. Confirm Reset Settings

Once reset, try connecting to your Wi-Fi again.
