Parent Zone is stuck. What should I do?

Please check if your device is connected to a stable internet connection. After creating the pin, it shows one more screen to confirm the pin.
 
If you’re unable to get to the next step, it could be due to excess data stored in your BYJU’S app.
To clear the data,
1. Go to All Settings

2. Select Apps

3. Select BYJU’S Premium

or Select Disney BYJU’S Early Learn

4. Click on Storage

5. Clear Cache
