I have created two profiles for two of my children. However, when I try to switch profile, one of them seems to be missing. How can I solve this issue?

Swipe down from the top of the screen to access quick settings. On the top left, you will find the current profile’s icon. Tap on the profile icon and choose the profile that you want to switch to. If your child’s profile seems to have gone missing, please contact us on our mentor helpline at 9243500459/8971940111 between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
