Why does the error message ‘Initializing’ appear when I click the Disney BYJU’S Early Learn App?

The intializing error message may show up if the incorrect SD card is used on the device or if there is an error in retrieving your user details. Please check if the correct SD card version is being used and try restarting the device. After restarting, please connect to the internet and relaunch the app.
