Why am I getting subscription expired error?

Here is what you can see if you’re getting a subscription expiry error before your subscription has ended.
 
1. Go to Parent Zone

2. Select My Account

3. Check for validity

If validity is not correct contact us.
 
If validity is correct, then follow these steps:
1. Go to All Settings

2. Select Apps

3. Select BYJU’S Premium

or Select Disney BYJU’S Early Learn

4. Click on Storage

5. Clear Cache
